Overview
The Sustainable Diversion Limit Adjustment Mechanism (SDLAM) reconciliation is a statutory requirement under the Basin Plan (2012) (the Basin Plan).
Our responsibility is to independently complete the reconciliation required under the Basin Plan and provide that assessment to Australian Government Minister for water.
We’re asking for feedback on the draft determination and the Authority’s proposed Sustainable Diversion Limit (SDL) adjustments.
We want to know whether the draft determination accurately reflects the available evidence and correctly applies the requirements of the Basin Plan.
